Wdf I been forced by google to get a iphone now, just to avoid using google play and google search engine and because the non solving storage issue that seem to always arise when you least expect it. I cant even pay the Bill's right now. Thanks a lots for no service. Also I been trying to login via google search engine and the tsb site is stating that my personal information is wrong lol. I haven't changed it. This is beyond an apology. Where is the multiple avenues to solve problems via google.

Absolutely terrible app and experience. It's OK if the app works (3/5 stars) but the number of times I have to uninstall and set up the app again is ridiculous. OTPs often not accepted when sent. Internet banking through browser more reliable but no help when trying to authorise payments. Will be looking for another bank.
